I Got Featured!

It all started one summer evening. I was in the Mall of Asia when I received a text message saying “Good evening, this is Kristine Joy Pebellorin, publications committee head from RS. We would like to feature you in the newsletter this Summer.”

My initial reaction was, “Me? To be featured? Why me when there are a lot of successful individuals out there.” When she explained that I was endorsed by some of the great educators of PNU, I felt honored. I have high respect to those Educators and it was truly a humbling experience to be chosen by them.

When I get hold of the newsletter, I was ecstatic! I could not believe that they allotted one page just to talk about me!

After I read the article, I was overwhelmed, I just hope and pray that it could also serve as an inspiration for others. Three years ago, I received my diploma not knowing that there will come a time that I’ll receive such honor from my Alma Mater.

The experience that RS gave me is one of a kind. Here are some pictures taken during my volunteer work in Hospicio de San Jose.

To the publication staff of the “Spectrum” thank you so much! It is such an honor… To my RS family, thank you and more power! 🙂

About Audrey

I am not a typical “girl-next-door”, But I am striving to be a woman of valor. I cannot turn the heads of many people, But I can touch their lives and still be humble. To please my Creator, that is my main goal, To let Him mold me, for me to fit in my role. My other wish is to have a pure soul, And to have a zealous heart like a burning coal. Strength and honor must be my clothing, Purity and honesty, for me is an important thing. To be a woman of principles, that’s what I’m preparing, To make God proud of me as I keep on dazzling. I may not be as perfect as what I want to be, A soldier in the battle that is what I can see. I’ll keep on fighting to solve life’s mystery, To win the battle is the best reward for me!

We are called to be teachers of Tomorrow’s World. Para sa akin, you’re good at teaching and encouraging people, both old and young.. You should still pursue sa line ng teaching. In my opinion dun ka mas kailangan 🙂
