This is the first time that I am blogging using my phone. I still have to figure out how to insert photos. So for now, let us just let our imagination do the work.
My leg muscles are still sore due to the Tae-bo session last Friday. It has been months since I last attended a Tae-bo class. Hopefully, this will be my start to be back on track.
Since this is another laid-back Sunday, I just take things in a slower pace. I read the news this morning longer than the usual. I arranged my accessories that I somehow cluttered in my drawers during the week and I prepared the clothes that I’ll be wearing for the entire week. Since I am coming home late and leaving the house at dawn, this is my way of becoming more organized (hopefully!).
I am just waiting for the sun to set so I could have my late afternoon run/walk. I don’t want to end up having sunburn.
I really need to embrace healthy living. For this week, I have this short term goal of cutting down on my sugar intake. Phew!
